Rabbi Algaze is the founder and spiritual leader of Havurat Yisrael, of Queens, New York. He was graduated from the University of Buenos Aires. He holds a Master of Philosophy degree from Columbia University and a Master of Hebrew Literature from the Jewish Theological Seminary.
