Atlas Shrugs invites all to this counter-protest against antagonists protesting the New York appearance of Friends of the Israel Defense Forces' banquet guest, IDF Chief of Staff Gabi Ashkenazy.
Their particular focus this year is the "horrors" of Operation Cast Lead, of which Ashkenazy was the commanding officer.

In the past, the Haters have turned out in large numbers while those in support of Israel have mostly stayed home.
